Your use of the Unreal Speech services is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use agreement (the "Agreement"). Please read these terms carefully before using our online text-to-speech tool. By accessing or using our service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Our Service

Unreal Speech provides a tool that converts user-entered text to spoken audio and generates .mp3 files for user download.

3. User Conduct

You may use the Unreal Speech services for lawful purposes only. You may not use our services to create, store, or disseminate content that:

- infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- is defamatory, harmful, abusive, obscene, or hateful
- attempts to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- contains viruses or any other malicious computer code
- violates any applicable law or regulation

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unreal Speech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as explicitly stated in this Agreement, no rights in or to our services are granted to you.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you generate using our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use such content and that your use of the content will not infrive any third party's intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unreal Speech will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unreal Speech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of this Agreement.

8. Termination

Unreal Speech may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including for violations of this Agreement.

9. Changes to This Agreement

Unreal Speech reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Agreement. Your continued use of our services after any such changes will constitute your consent to such changes.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of our services will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unreal Speech is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
